Is there still debate as to who our kicker will be this year? Does Hairston have it locked up?

Hairston has kickoffs locked up...he has probably also locked up 3rd string FG/XP kicker.

Should've got spencer Perkins out of west ouachita. He's at ULM now and he kicked 3 65 traders in a row in practice and 2 53 yarders in seperate games last year
