He's actually pretty good, especially for a walk on. Got offers from smaller D-1 schools.

He came from Baltimore, as did Cam. Take that as you will. He is a legit athelete. Highly recruited Lacrosse player. Chose to pass on that opportunity to come walk on to LSU. Glad to have him. Reminds me a little of a Mauck/Flynn type QB. He's a good kid and will work hard.

Doesn't matter. It's. It like it can't happen. He will push those ahead of him to get better. Who knows, maybe he gets a year at the helm. Regardless, he passed up being a star lacrosse player to join the fighting tigers. He deserves respect for that.

Derek Alleman was a walk-on and earned a scholarship. Most recently Seth Fruge has earned a scholarship.

He went to the same high school as Cam Cameron's boys. Loyola-Blakefield has a great lacrosse program.

He actually had a scholarship offer from Maryland for lacrosse so he must be a pretty darn good athlete.
