DAMN! If I hadn't watched the South Carolina game, I'd scratch my head wondering how the final score was 23-21. You owned us. "Death Valley, where dreams come to die". You really want to know why South Carolina was embarrassed @ Florida the following week? Screw the flu bug and our road struggles. We lost because LSU destroyed our team and spirits the previous week.
Cheer up everyone. I can't wait for September 28th to get here; I'm so pumped for the Georgia game. I hope you prove all the doubters wrong then.

If you are actually replying to me then, here is what I mean:
very few of our defensive starters just 100% know they are a top round pick in the draft...
this past season, LSU had shoe-in's for top 2 rounds:
Mingo, Monty, Reid, Simon to say the least all knew they were drafted high come mid-season and once our NC hopes were eliminated, kind of played lethargic or overly flamboyant...(Mingo had a motor all season though)
This year we have all guys who have a lot to prove and it will work in our favor...

I'm not a confused fan. I observe the rant and know that LSU isn't getting enough respect this football season, especially versus Georgia.
I'm a Bama fan. This board is where other fans should primarily discuss LSU and their own team when relevant.
I posted LSU highlights because I wanted to get everyone excited. I don't detest any team. I can get along with every SEC fan base here.
I like Alabama, and I'm a little confused regarding South Carolina. I honestly don't consider myself a fan of South Carolina, but I still feel connected. I'm an Alabama fan first and foremost, but that doesn't mean I have to disclaim everyone else.

it was obvious that many of our players were, to be blunt, mailing it in...especially late. some had already given LSU one knee...others were protecting against that possible scenario. I understand (not applaud) this for a smart man wisely protects his assets. that was then....this is now. let's geaux.
