Bush did it to give his family a good home.
Newton (alledgedly, ha!) did it to get his dad a new truck.
Manziel did it for his own party money. He is the worst.
Conversely, Newton (alledgedly) received the money with direct knowledge of the schools.
Bush received it with very willfull ignorance of the coaches.
I don't know what was known by the faculty in regards to Manziel.
Overall ruling: Cam Newton is scum
