Awesome NFL Sunday Ticket deal (No DIRECTV required)

Amazon has an awesome exclusive deal for NFL Sunday Ticket. It's bundled with NFL Madden 25 for PS3 or XBox for only $100. I don't have DIRECTV or either console, so I bought it with the intention to sell the game, essentially getting Sunday Ticket for my tablet/computer/phone for the season for around $40-50.

Depends. For Directv there's a $225 version and a $300 version. They usually have some sort of deals for first-time subscribers for it though I think. If you're like me though and have Comcast and don't plan on switching, this is a steal. I don't think there is any other possible way for me to get Sunday Ticket.

Pretty sure you're going to need to keep the game or at least sign up via the game for this to work.

Amazon Josh says:
(AMAZON OFFICIAL)
Hey all,
Just to confirm to everyone in this thread, you don't need a DirecTV subscription to benefit from the Anniversary Edition bonuses. The code can be redeemed on a website (No need to own a 360/PS3) and will give you access to NFL Sunday Ticket on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Regardless of DirecTV's availability in your area, you don't have to get DirecTV service to redeem this. Each code can only be used by one person at a time (e.g. You can start watching on a laptop, then stop playback and start watching on a tablet, but you cannot watch both simultaneously).
Thanks,
Josh

Amazon is awesome about returning things. I figure that if any of that isn't true, they have a verified employee who put it in writing to where I could get a refund based on his statement pretty easily.

Bookmarked. Will be trying this when I get home.

Not to be a dick but search is your friend.
There's been a thread in here, the gaming board, and the OT about this already.

Thanks for the heads up. Can it be played via your console to tv? Meaning can I watch NFL on my tv if I own an Xbox 360? Or only tablet or computer?

If you have the internet then you can get every game for free anyway.

No, the code will be on a paper insert in the game case, not in some corner of Madden's game menu. So even if you have no Xbox 360 or PS3, you can look on this as $100 to get Sunday Ticket on a computer or mobile device, and sell the disc to GameStop or over half.com for a nice little rebate.

Directv doesnt sell the Red Zone channel a la carte, so this deal is big for me
Rather than spending $300 on Sunday Ticket Max just for Redzone, I get it for $60-70
