Is the message to kids and parents that Les Miles has your back no matter what? Or - Will this hurt the perception for parents of recruits about the LSU program?

It's my understanding that second chances usually help recruits

No one wants to go somewhere where one mistake will cost them their career

You have two main types of recruits:

1) Those that want to go to LSU no matter what

2) Those that want the best offer at the best program

I'm not really seeing where this fits in.

It will NOT make a difference..........

There are MAYBE two coaches in the whole country [Saban/ Meyer] besides Miles that can walk into any house and get who they want........

I'm confused why so much is being made of this particular situation that Les has had to deal with. The crime Hill is being disciplined for is not the worst that Les has had to deal with and the punishment, which has yet to be handed down by Miles, is not going to be the most severe that he has had to give. This is getting overblown, no pun intended, bigtime by some.

Is this post really necessary? Can we just move on. Les is a players coach. He let the system work. If the team felt like Jeremy was a head case, they wouldn't have unanimously voted to keep him on the team.

I'm thinking the third option

3. Neutral
