See that's the kind of stuff that I would LOVE to see in the arena. Drop some of the fees to get a Bud's in there, a Juan's Flying Burrito, stuff like that. Would be awesome but won't happen.

A Juan's and a buds would be awesome! I agree, drop the fees ad take a bit more from the profit.

I mean don't get me wrong, I'd love better than Juan's and Buds. But it would be cool to see local chains and the like. I mean we aren't going to get Maurepas and Coquette in there.

Juan's is a New Orleans establishment? Didn't they start up like... six years ago?

The Joint

Best answer in the thread. If I could get the W, with a side of mac and cheese while watching the game, I'd be a very happy dude.

Personally, I think the place has always been just pretty good. Its not Trey Yuen, but its pretty good.

The Joint is awesome. But I really need to make it to McClure's. They just opened and the line is wrapped around the block.

Man you guys are lucky, I try out different spots when I go down there but out here in BR... Variety and greatness just isn't all there.

From what I understand, BR is getting better. A lot better. Obviously that's not saying much, but hopefully it will continue to get better.

My wife and I try to go to a few new places a month. We are both kind of foodies and adventurous, so we are always looking for new stuff. A lot of people think that means we are dining at 5 star restaurants every week, when most of the time its a new sandwich place or a place like The Lucky Rooster or Noodle & Pie or Ba Chi Canteen.

That's how it has to be. The newest places, it doesn't matter the type. Sometimes its the smaller places that have more of an impact on you.

Eta: and it is getting better.

I agree five happiness is garbage now. Hoshun is a lot better because it is the original owner of five happiness
