Relating the Riley Cooper incident to our football team

if a player, lets say someone productive for our teams and lets assume for simplicity sake he's white, was caught saying the N word and all such as riley... how would you want our organization to handle it?

Paid warranty ded to AC guy to tell me my AC unit was too small on Thursday. They didn't even go in the attic.
Friday found a patch that fell off in the attic. Taped it back using AC tape and all good now. Ice cold.
