Do Moss and T. O. get into the Hall of Fame before Tim Brown and Andre Reed?

I saw this topic debated on the NFL network yesterday. IMO T. O. gets in before Moss and before Reed and Brown if they have not made it in by the time he is eligible.

Moss
Brown
Reed
T.O.

Voters will hold a grudge against T.O.. He will get in but it might take a while.

I disagree.... IM he was the 2nd WR of all-time behind Rice. A PROBLEM child??? YES..... But I would take him on my team way before Moss..............

Give me Moss over TO anyday

But the crusty old voters in the Halls will give them both thumbs down on their 1st year of eligibility

Moss is the second most physically gifted wide receiver behind Megatron and the overall second best behind Rice. He should be a first ballot guy easily.

Moss > TO

Reed and Brown go in before them.

TO is last in that group to get in.

Tim Brown is gonna get in before both of them. He's definitely gonna get in before Moss who's just starting his 5 year wait. Doubt either Moss or TO gets in 1st ballot because the voters will want to "teach them a lesson".

T.O is clutch except on 3rd downs. And in the 4th quarter. And in the playoffs.

I don't think the voters will hold San Francisco and Philadelphia against T. O. he was a model citizen in Buffalo and Cincinnati

I doubt it. The knock on Moss is that he only played when he wanted to. I think the Hall voters will punish him for awhile for that

There's a limit on amount of guys in each class

You know 1 administrator/coach will go in
So now you have old timers
You know they are starting to go representing OL DL in big effects
Tight Ends like Russ Francis and Dave Casper will get looks as will Novacek Keith Jackson
Brown will go before Moss Owens

Marvin Harrison or even Issac Bruce might get in before TO. I would've put Harrison as a lock to do it until he killed that guy.
