I never watched much TV outside of the occasional sitcom until a buddy of mine convinced me to watch the pilot of The Shield. Since, I have been a sponge of great TV dramas and still hold The Shield on a different level than other shows

I just finished the final season today. Great show. It was wrapped up beautifully.
I like Claudette and really like Dutch. A lot of my favorite scenes in the entire show happen in the interrogation room.

Shane's wife, Maura, might be the biggest C-word in tv history. If the M/TV board would have been up and running when this show was live, the hate spewed on Walter White's wife would pale in comparison to what she would have received.
