Don't do it.

This review is pretty accurate:
quote:

This is B-Double O-Z-E Booze! White Dog is not for the feint of heart or the timid. It is 125 proof. It is unaged. And it will burn going down. If that's your thing, more power to you. For the Whiskey Detectives though, it's not enough. You can't really enjoy sipping it. Mixing would take a lot of elements to hide the harshness, and it doesn't contribute any particularly desirable flavor. Use cheap vodka instead. No, we see this as more of a niche market offering for those who like the idea of old school moonshine and something that will put hair on your chest. So, we don't really much see the point. You can eat pasta without cooking it, but why would you want to?

Yea I purchased this awhile back, not very good at all. I try to pass it along to friends to try while over here to try to kill the bottle.

I thought you burned to death slowly in a dumpster fire?

No? Maybe soon then...

Maker's Mark White is the best example of this type of product, IMO. It's frickin' delicious.

Tried white dog at Makers Mark distillery. Burnt like unleaded gasoline. Cant imagine paying money for it. Maybe Tickle makes a smoother batch?

Really? Because I did the same and they had a product available for retail as well. It was cut down to be about 90 proof-ish IIRC correctly and had a fantastic, nuanced flavor. I enjoyed my bottle and didn't find that it burned any more than a standard bourbon or whiskey
