Nope. Not spending it puts more distance between us and the tax. Probably won't happen next season (though it could if Smiht and/or Aminu play well and are extended), but could put us in better position to use the MLE two consecutive seasons.

Sorry, I meant the money, not the exception. Get a good player from a team looking for an expiring or two.
