Switching Xbox live accounts

So I have a copy of FIFA that I've been playing on one xbox live account. However, now that I'm moving I'm going to be playing it on another xbox live account (haven't tried it out on the new account yet). I remember there being an EA online activation pass so my question is will I be able to switch accounts with no problems or will I have to buy a new onlince activation pass?
Thanks
Thanks

You're gonna have to buy a new one unless you can sweet talk the Indian phone rep.

Any idea how much a new one is? I'm guessing they're the same for any EA game?

I'm confused. What does moving have to do with having to get a new Xbox live account?

Neither xbox is mine. I was playing on one account, now I'm moving and will be playing on a different xbox, different account

I thought EA stopped online passes and they're now free?

That's EA and their older games still have them
