I just recently watched Oblivion and that movie has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard.

Conan the Barbarian. They just don't write shite like that anymore.

The Anvil of Crom

I also like The Right Stuff, Master and Commander and anything by Morricone.

Great choice Hugo.

The Right Stuff, Rocky, and Star Wars are epic scores.

Predator is one that, while simple, really paces the movie. Think of the simple drums and horns while Dutch and the Predator are preparing for the penultimate battle.

But for me, the greatest score of all time is Jurassic Park. It's Williams' finest work.

This man knows what he's talking about. I will add Out of Africa for my top 5.

Yeah, he still brings it pretty hard. The Attack of the Clones score was great. I could listen to the closing credits all day.

Star Wars. I fell in love with that movie because of that soundtrack when I was a little kid. I used to reenact the Tie-Fighter attack scene on my swing set while humming that music.

GREAT list

I would also add the Lord of the Rings Trilogy to that list.
