Grill replacement parts

Other than the manufacture's website, what's a good retailer to buy from? Amazon doesn't have the part I'm looking for and the Charbroil website says it's on back order. The local Home Depot didn't have any replacement parts for non-Weber grills.

Pick up the phone and make a phone call (assuming Charbroil operates this way).
I couldn't find the exact replacement part for my Weber (42" hose with regulator; only item in stock was 21" hose). Looked at Lowes, HD, Amazon and Weber's website. Picked up the phone and had one on the way within a few minutes.
You better hope Charbroil has a stateside customer service department like Weber.
