USCCA Membership: Is it worth it?

So, I've looked at joining the USCCA (US Concealed Carry Association). They have insurance that covers legal fees in the case that you actually have to protect yourself. There are quite a few other magazines, videos, etc. that come with it. Seems like a legit program to me. What say the OB?
