I understand Alabama is the game that LSU fans circle on their calendar and can't wait to watch/attend. However, Alabama is playing LSU in BDS. Texas A&M plays IN Death Valley this year and in November if I remember correctly.

So will you as the fans, get up more for TAMU or Bama this year?

The reigning Heisman winner who's come under massive scrutiny for his jackassery in the offseason, is coming to the Death Trap that is...well....Death Valley. It's a game in an electric stadium that I know all of you want to see JFF get shown up in.

But Alabama had given LSU 2 heart breaking losses in a row with one in the last minute of the game.

So I'm interested to hear y'all's opinion on this.

LSU plays well in BDS: 6-2 L8 there.

Probably 'get more up' for A&M because its a home game. But it really depends on a w/l vs Bama.

If we are a 1 loss team heading into T_town and come out with a W, then A&M would be the bigger game.

If we lose to Bama, well...

I'm not an LSU fan, but I'll say neither. Historically, LSU fares better in Tuscaloosa, and that holds true recently too: Alabama has won 2/3 Death Valley trips, and the 2010 end result wasn't too bad though Alabama lost.
LSU shouldn't be concerned about A&M unless key players go down. While A&M's offense is forecast to be considerably better than the one LSU faced last year; the defense on the other hand is expected to be considerably worse. The game is in Death Valley which gives a great edge to LSU.

If I were an LSU fan, I'd anticipate the Georgia game the most; LSU potentially has a lot going against them in this game, but they've got the talent and staff to pull out a win. If LSU starts the season 5-0, then watch out!

Best SEC road trip imo. I'm sad that I'll be missing this one.

I'd imagine the TCU game and Georgia will be big time and I understand. But, should LSU win both of those, I'd imagine going into either game with a win or even one less, I believe the hype could escalate hypothetically like one poster said.

I hope LSU is successful this season in a way. I don't want some newb big 8/12/10 bitch coming in and steal the SEC's current best game
