well he doesn't really need to do the Varsity anymore since he is with Huka now. I know he was looking for an apartment but it may just be so he has a permanent place to crash since he's always in New Orleans

Actually I do get it. You just won't wake up to the fact of how lackluster Baton Rouge concerts are, especially considering the size of both the city itself and the major university it hosts.
