Definitely Hopleaf and Map Room. Have dinner of lunch at hopleaf also. The food is great!
Try Piece Brewpub and Pizzeria. They do great pizza (not chicago style) and they brew their own beer on premises.
You can also check out the Goose Island Brewpub. I think they are in Wriglyville. Avoid Rock Bottom. Its overpriced and overrated.

Absolutely go to Clark Street Ale House.
Maybe my favorite bar in the city. No food, but they'll let you bring Pizza in.
Revolution has a storefront with food, good for local beers. Always busy, though.
Delilah's has a lot of great options.
Local Option has good options.
You've got the other big ones covered.

It's not my favorite, but they have a good beer list.
Food is okay.
Farmhouse is a nice spot too.
Almost any decent restaurant in the city is going to sport a good beer list.
ETA: WHy'd you hate it?

The food was not okay. It was fricking terrible. Had one of the worst "poboys" of my life there. And yeah the beer list was good, but that didn't make up for the odd clientele, the heavy metal music or the douche bag waiter who clearly thought we weren't "hip" enough to be in there and made that be known by his shitty attitude and inattentiveness. Go down the street to Derby .. it's a much cooler spot.

They definitely have an "attitude" about themselves, I agree.
First time I went with some non-experienced beer drinkers and the waiter rattled off the beers and said, "We have a double ipa." or something similar.
My friend, not knowing beer, asked what that meant, and the waiter just looked at her incredulously. I've never understood that attitude. If someone is making the effort to expand their beer horizons, be a teacher, not a snob.
The poboy I had there was okay. Nothing I'd go back for, but I didn't think it was terrible. Obviously nothing compared to ones in the south.

It's more of a pub, but Goose Island is worth a visit.

Do yourself a favor and just go to Mother Hubbards. Doubt you'll find any IPAs in there, but you will have a great time.
