less than 45 wins would be disappointing for me...this team should make the playoffs, imo

If they play .600 instead of .550 over the last 47 games then that would get them to 44-45 wins. I think you have to allow for some level of lesser play while they come together over the first few months of the season. They probably won't be as good out of the gate as they are on paper.

are you addressing that at me? I think I have been relatively consistent...wouldn't bet on it though.

maybe not...i think it mostly depends on how good Davis is this season...I'm thinking/hoping he impresses (even us).

He certainly stood out at Team USA scrimmages. It's not like he was playing with a bunch of scrubs either and he was the best player on his team.

yep, that's what I'm seeing...he and Holiday pick and roll/pick and pop should be formidable...with that core and all the other offensive talent, it really shouldn't go wrong.

...not to mention, we've improved drastically talent-wise defensively.

This.

Excited about the 3 guards, but they are complementary pieces in the big picture. Davis is the engine that will drive this franchise this season and beyond. If he can improve upon his work from last year (17/10/2 PER 36), they will be in the playoffs.

The fact that they made no moves to significantly upgrade the frontcourt this summer tells me they think Davis is ready to be the anchor of this team.

gotta expect playoffs from this team,imo...two terrible seasons -- now we have made our move.

...this team has talent, and while gelling is important, it's not a great excuse in the NBA. Learn fast, work hard, and win now.

35-48 Wins. End of season we go on a 15 game winning streak.

I said this
quote:

I'll say 38 with a +/- of 2 games.

In the "tank for Wiggins/win to attract LeBron/Carmelo/Irving" season, I think the win totals will be high and the loss totals will be low.

Unfortunately for us, we are in a division of guys who want to win.

But I'm feeling good about the Pels and I'm going to say 40 +/- 2 games. #Squadup

40-45 is realistic with this crew

45-50 is doable if we can play good defense

50-55 is far fetched at this point

55-60
