Berto needs to go home. He was a really good fighter around 07-09 with lots of potential but he's been getting beat up a lot over his last four fights or so.
Did you guys see that Figueroa fight? That sh!t was INSANE. Best fight of 2013. I will say though that Figueroa better work on that defense or he's gonna get worked over by better fighters.

All three of those fights were so entertaining. That figueroa fight reminded me of bit of the first castillo corrales fight. The difference being that only figueroa was the only one doing real damage. That japanese dude took punishment but just sat in the pocket throwing. Epic throwdown.
Berto was hanging with one arm. He was a warrior tonight fighting with basically only his left from the 4th on. I think he's still got something left, but he's got to get that shoulder right first. The judges had it a draw if berto hadn't got KO'd. That fight was great too. Thurman is a bad mofo too. That first fight was solid.

Thurman has rocks for hands. The man can punch.
Figueroa fight was the best fight I have seen this year and maybe for the last two. Arakawa was all heart and took a beating.
It was a great night of fights all except mauro rinaulo (spell) he is ruining a good thing for showtime
