For now, I had to relinquish my others a couple years back. Buck shot or my 30-30 works fine also.

We just picked up a lease on the east side of N. Drake Rd. in Klondike. Doug Sonnier leases all the land surrounding our blinds. We were actually going to lease 4 blinds from Doug & sub lease 3 of them out but everyone backed out due to no guarantee of water. We ended up leasing 2 blinds right next to 4 we were trying to get...

I've hunted the area in the past & the goose hunting is awesome. Duck hunting is hit or miss depending on if you have any water. Really looking forward to teal season!!!

It is unethical to post about Klondike and not talk about Tasso poboys.

We use to be good with the old owners, we would go in and make our own bloody marys. Nothing like the Klondike mall baby.

Hunted many times with dougs.

Done several hunts with Doug's with clients over the years. Marsh blinds were always on. Always tried to get Rick. Super guide. Rice was spotty. Usually ended up just going for Specks if we couldn't a marsh blind.

Done a lot more hunts with LaQroix's. Little more consistent on the ducks.

Gonna put our 5th wheel down at the campground at the bride by the old lakeshore club.

It was all rice last year, set aside this year. So it's just all plowed fields. Rice is planted all around us though.

It's 2 blinds on roughly 150 acres.

we have a house on the lake in town.

The LA Bar being back open has been wonderful

We have some family property a few miles past Lacroix, on the intercoastal. Some ag and some marsh.
