What is the average price for a Mega now a days? (2 scenarios)
1. good running condition
2. needs little work -cracked head or something similar

You missed the boat even though it's still worth way more than most 20yr old 25hp outboards. If it runs and has good compression I would guess you could still get 2k. There is a man in Moss Bluff that can put the magic to it. Let me know if you want his info.

I'm asking because a guy wants to sell his for $2500. A couple of years ago I don't remember them being under $3k. I'm thinking about buying it.
