Honestly it depends on a few things.
1. What do you want your name changed to? Is it an alteration or a complete change?
2. When was your join date? If it was before 2008 you have a greater chance because they weren't as stingy with the name changes back in the day (so I've heard).
3. Have you had a name change before? If so, your chances of success are drastically reduced.

I changed my original name a while back for work reasons (original was a bit NSFW), asked to change it back to my original or something close after i changed jobs. Not only was I told "no" but I was summarily ripped to shreds by the Help Board regulars for asking.....I still cry sometimes thinking of that day.
