My buddy missed a squirrel with a pellet gun at my parents house, squirrel ran into the neighbors tree and into a nest. Broke out the potato gun and sent one directly into the nest which blew up like a firework on forth of July. Squirrel flew out an ended up catching itself in another branch, Potato continued on and smashed into neighbors house.

Didn't kill squirrel but I don't think we've ever laughed so hard!

Got a few

Had a garden pond with fish and notice some were missing. Saw the culprit a heron. Tried to sneak up on him with RWS pellet gun but he was wise to me and he took off. I ran to where is could get a shot and he was about 75 yds away and I shot and folded him.

Rat in our back yard eating seeds
Out of the bird feeder tried to sneak the door open to get a shot and it saw me and took off, followed it with the pellet gun and rolled him.

Older brother and I were playing baseball when we were little and he was messing around and hit me with he ball. Pissed me off and he took off toward the house. I threw the ball and hit him on the run right in the head and knocked him out cold. Mom was pissed dad was proud when I told him what happened.

Playing golf and these two geese we a 50-60 yds in front of the tee box. My buddy said there was no way anyone could hit them. I punched the ball with my driver and caught one square in the head. He was dead before he hit the ground.

ETA. My dad, brother, a friend of mine his father and I were out squirrel hunting. We had two guns or so we though. Dog trees a squirrel and we are all sitting there looking up for the squirrel when we here a gunshot and the thump of a squirrel hit the ground. We are telling my friend good shot and he's sitting there looking really confused at his gun saying he didn't think he shot. His dad had a ruger Mk2 under his coveralls and shot the squirrel in the head about 30 feet in the top of the tree.

Might want to edit that and replace heron with crow if greens jeans is listenin'.

I hunt a LOT with flintlocks, my favorite way to gun hunt.

About ten or so years ago a friend and I were hunting a food plot on opposite ends. Three deer came in on his end, he shot right before dark and the deer come running my way. I guestimated about 125 yards away on a dead run. I threw up and managed to find them in my iron sights lead them and shot. When the smoke cleared I had a dead doe. My buddy said when I shot the deer flipped end over end like the deer in the duck commander videos and was DOA. Have no idea if I could do it again, but I'll take it for now!

Hunted in a long narrow blind with three other hunters. I was the last guy on the left and a huge Mallard flew in straight over the right side of the blind. All three other hunters emptied their three rounds each as the bird is climbing fast. It must be about 150 ft in the air when I can finally make a safe shot. I led him by about 30 ft and fold him like a wet rag on the first shot.

Was pig hunting and this big doe comes out at 200 yards. Dropped her dead in her tracks with a 444. My buddy pasted this coyote on a dead run 100 yrds away with a 270. Hit him right between the eyes! Laugh everytime I see this pic.

Killed a squirrel with a rock from about 40 yrds. Had two girls as witnesses that thought I was the biggest a-hole in the world. Like I seriously thought I was gonna put a killer headshot on a small rodent from almost half a football field away.

Basic training. M16 qualifying. A target pops up at 250m. I'm aiming and out the corner of my eye I see something move. I ignore it, shoot, hit the target and cadre tells me, " you shot a bird." I thought he was just messing with me.

After I'm done a soldier who was watching tells me, " you know you really did hit that bird. It was flopping around on the ground."

So shot a flying bird, left to right, at 250m with an M16. I'll never top that.

Serious. 6 doves was w 16ga, handloaded 8s. 4 fell dead, 2 had to be chased down.

If you dont believe the 4 turkeys, you've never seen 6 jakes come in to a decoy together.

Four Bluewings in one shot in Venice. Must have been 25 in the group. It was one of those perfect passes as they turn into the decoys where they give you the whole backside of the body to hit.

Thinking of a few more, I killed 6 wood ducks with 3 shots one morning.

The luckiest I have ever been though was one morning I saw a huge buck walking beside a creek. I shot him and he rolled down the bank in the creek. When I drug him out he had a 50lb flathead cat fish stuck in his antlers.
