Unless I misunderstood him, Lauscha said a "new" logo will actually be on the jerseys. A logo they haven't released yet. Said it was a "neat, clean, symbol of our city."

Yeah i had to look it up to make sure too.
Its basically just blending 2 or more letters together into one symbol.
So its gotta be something with N.O.
Only others would be NOP or NOLA

to give those who don't know an idea... a buddy of mine that's in graphic design says look at the "NY" in the Yankees/Mets logos, "ND" in the Notre Dame logo, "LA" in the Dodgers logo... that's basically ligature logos
guess to even further it... the LSU stairstep logo used in baseball/softball... UNO's past logo, etc

I hope its something more unique than just laying a couple letters on top of each other. Laushca made it seem more unique the way he explained it.
I don't think he would talk about the city being proud of the logo or looking forward to seeing it being worn around the city if it was just NOLA
