We'll have missed the playoffs every year since cp3 left and traded a top 14 pick. We'll have locked up cap space for the future and our pieces won't likely jump from a non-playoff team to a top 5 team. I think he does get fired.

It really depends. The team has to gel to know one of each others game and play. If we start off sluggish in the beginning, I wouldn't be that upset. I doubt they get fired only if they finish the season strong (even if we don't go playoffs). But if it just a constant slump, I think they do get fired.

I think it really depends on the product he produces..Playoffs or not.
If we do not get hit with the injury bug. I really think this team should make the playoff or be in the hunt for the 7 or 8 seed.
