Accident report notes that O'Leary was speeding but they couldn't verify it. Also says people stated he was driving erratically.
Also says the driver of the Lexus was pretty pissed off.

My brother was in intensive care for three months after the same kind of thing. Somebody cut in front of him, he couldn't stop. he hit them and he flew into another windshield.
RIP, he was never really healthy after that.

You conveniently ignored the part where I said O'Leary was a crappy motorcycle rider and should have done a better job of avoiding the accident by braking earlier. But the accident was still the fault of the driver of the car.
If he had been going 25 mph over the speed limit it would have been far easier for the police to establish the dangerously excessive speed instead of the vague conclusion they came to. I spliced the video to better compare the speed of the white car and the motorcycle. It looks to me that O'Leary was going a little faster than the car.

Played against him in HS and he was in a few of my BS classes I've had to take good to know he's somehow ok.
Can't say i'm surprised as Tallahassee is full of shitty drivers even if he was speeding a little.
