to be honest i'm shocked that kids that only show for a few days are offered full rides. Are these greyshirt offers?Do coaches study a lot of the film on these kids before they arrive. I mean most of these guys offered haven't even been looked at statewide much less national. I know you guys are gonna pull the mo Claiborne card or honeybadger but those are the exceptions. I can list 6 guys on lsu's roster that were 3 stars that maybe played special teams for 4 years. I know some 5 star guys flame out and never amount to anything but a lot of these guys are stars in the NFL to.unless les is planning on signing 30 all these top performers at these rivals/nike camps are being replaced by one weekend camp warriors. I count like only 10 scholarships left. that only leaves 10 5 star guys left Flame away call me an idiot which I know you will but i'm officially worried we aint getting a lot of the guys we think we are. Call me a negatiger but you know with each offer extended I believe the LSU coaches aren't certain they are getting the big fish.

the same for basically every program in America. Lets see 100 recruits over a 4 year span......22 starting spots at any given time. Hmmmmmmmmm. Cant believe everyone of them isn't on the field.

Are you mad that Jalen Mills, Jalen Collins and Ronald Martin will be starting this year? All three were camp offers

So you aint worried then?gonna be funny when all these recruits we think we gonna get are playing against us on Saturdays. I hope all these under the radar guys turn out to be great but my expectations of a dream class goes down with each under the radar guy. Sorry I spoke the truth and hate all you want but you guys are thinking it to.

You are beyond and idiot if you think the coaches don't watch hours of tape on a kid before inviting him to camp in order to further evaluate him in person.

There is no way that any of the following will be turned away : Fournette, Robinson, Noil, Dupre, Quinn, Willis, Garrett, McDowell, Jones, Brown. It maybe that some one currently committed with either de commit or LSU will ask them to gray shirt or look else where. It may not be ideal, but they will not turn down elite studs because they took offers from guys you didn't know about.

Dude, I'm not gonna call you out on this I'm just telling you to trust the coaches when it comes to camp evaluations. If a kid is good enough to get an offer at camp, especially when he is competing against a bunch of highly recruited guys, then he must be pretty damn good. I trust Les and the guys on this.

They don't invite kids they don't already know about.

I would rather trust recruiting gurus.

John Chavis has been coaching and recruiting great players longer than the recruitniks have been alive, and don't forget...if he brings in guys that can not perform, he is fired.

I may not trust Miles with every decision, but I trust Chavis.

Your getting to my point. you said ask a player to greyshirt. Now Miles has egg on his face if these 10 want to sign. you are now breaking a promise to a kid. if you are confident your are getting brown, jones etc.. why sign these under the radar guys at the same position? This tells me they are not so sure
