Can't help you on restos in Plaquemine, but it does have an excellent artisan bakery, Forte Grove. FG sells bread at a number of local markets, too. LINK /

Mark is no longer part of what is now called Marcos and city cafe closed years ago.

Good Luck. Little Johnny's Pizza, Fat Daddy's (Po-Boys), Guidrys (adequate,not great), Marco's ($15) lunch, not much of a choice

Fat Daddys is very good, fries are excellent as well as the poboys, and you can get some video poker hands in while your eating
