He's from L.A. not LA. Ben Sheets is from Louisiana. Rickie Weeks and Jon Lucroy played their college ball in Louisiana too.

So the guy Braun ripped for handling the "evidence" before must feel justified

I'm sure he is. Still doesn't change the fact that he shouldn't have took the sample home instead of finding one of the available Fed Ex stores open near his home.

I'm not saying it wasn't a bonehead decision, but Braun ripped the guy pretty hard knowing he cheated. I mean,
quote:

“If I had done this intentionally or unintentionally I’d have been the first one to admit it. I truly believe this substance never entered my body.”

It hasn’t been easy. Lots of times I wanted to come out and tell the entire story, attack everybody like I’ve been attacked. My name was dragged through the mud. But at the end of the day I recognized what was best for the game of baseball.”

“Today is for anyone who has been wrongly accused and everyone who stood up for what’s right. It’s about future players and the game of baseball.”

“I will continue to take the high road. We won because the truth was on my side. I was a victim of a process that completely broke down and failed as it was applied to me in this case. Today’s about making sure this never happens to anyone else who plays this game.”

“We spoke to biochemists and scientists, and asked them how difficult it would be for someone to taint the sample. They said, if they were motivated, it would be extremely easy.”

“Ultimately, as I sit here today, the system worked because I was innocent and I was able to prove my innocence.”

frick Ryan Braun

I hope none of the other Biogenesis players get suspended, though. Except for A-Rod, of course.

One guy did it better than the other. Karma just came around to him though.

the best part of all of this, is that MLB gets crucified for the juice, yet the NFL, which is probably 70?80%++ juicers and no one makes a peep. They have guys, who are stupid, get popped yearly, and no one makes a peep. No outrage, no out cry

1 hispanic juices it up and he's taken to the wood shed.

It is funny.

Sorta how I feel about it. All the "outrage" over Braun sorta makes me chuckle. If people only knew...

Still say 30% of MLB is still currently juiced and around 70% of the NFL.

out of 1280 players on 40 man roster across 32 teams you believe at least 384 of them juice? That would mean 12 players per team is on the juice

Yes. I really do. At some point during the season or offseason, yes. And I include in the definition of juice any HGH and any concoction that raises t-levels LH, or anabolic or androgenic hormone levels.

Peter Edward Rose SHOULD be IN the HOF[ AS A PLAYER ONLY]. Not a manager.. The dude was one of the best to EVER play the game............. But yet people want Bonds in. AND recognize his [so- called] records............

I just can't see it with the way MLB is testing now, I mean I believe they still have at any given time 150-200 players who are using and they just haven't been caught. 12 per 40 man roster seems high in today's game.

What I am curious about (and I guess I could research) is the supplements some of these athletes take from websites like bodybuilding.com because they are 100% legal for you or I but do they contain substances that would cause a suspension?

As an indication, how many players were in the bio-gen report? 20 or so?

And that was one tiny clinic in Miami with about 3 employees....

some were prospects who would not be listed on the 40 man roster. Think it had 10-13 MLB and rest where players either in minors or currently out of the game. Also we see most of the players linked come from South America (although I know Braun/ARod) but Cruz, Cabera, Colon, Cervelli, Montero which seems typical
