Tried Tradiçao for the first time last night (Houston/Webster)

The wife and I decided to try this place for the first time last night. It's similar to Fogo de Chao, but happened to be much closer to our house and something new to try.
Pricing is pretty much the same, $40 person for the salad bar and all-you-can-eat steak. As we are both big fans of steak, we've tried a few of these places, and it may be just as good as Fogo.
Didn't try the sausage or any chicken, but almost all of the rest was really good. The baby beef was the only one I didn't like, as it basically tasted like nothing. They didn't seem to season it at all, and the wasn't really any natural beef flavor to it, maybe because it was younger than normal steak.
The rest was really good, with the filet probably bring the best. Thought the bottom sirloin and lamb chops were really good too, and the shrimp they brought around were great.
First time I've ever had Salmon served hot at one of these restaurants. The taste was good, but the texture was a little off. I told my wife that it felt like hot tuna from a can.
All in all, I thought it was really good and would definitely go back again. The salad bar isn't huge, but they had some good stuff on there.
After a $20 gift card and a creme brulee, it came out to just under $78 for the meals, dessert and a tea for my wife.

This is what I get while trying to type from my phone. Accidentally turned the phone while typing, it rotated and the Enter button happened to be where my next key was before, so it posted with just the one word.

Have been curious about this joint thanks for posting. Do they have any "exotic" meats like brahma bull hump or ostrich?

Most exotic meat on the menu is either the baby beef or lamb chops.
All the meat was very good though. I can't attest to consistency, obviously, but I would definitely go back in the future.
Salad bar was standard, but was also very good. The sides they have are mashed potatoes, rice with garlic and onion, fried bananas and the cheese bread. Potatoes seemed too mushy for my liking, but the rice was pretty good, the bread was good and, surprisingly, the bananas were amazing. Normally they are too mushy at other places, but these were still fairly firm, and the taste was much better than I've ever had them.

While I like Fogo, it's always so busy. Even with a reservation it's a hassle. Plus I've known of several people that have had their car broken into in the parking lot of Fogo. For such a nice place, you'd think they'd do a better security job. I'm always look for alternative churrascarias.

you could always go back here, and eat Turkish (Döner Kebap).

Maybe because we went to dinner at 5:30 before going to 'The Conjuring' at 7:50, but it was not crowded at all when we were there, and it was a Saturday night.
That's not to say nobody was there, because it started to get busier near the end of our meal, but the table spacing seemed to be good, and the lighting was lower, so it probably lends to a more relaxed mood there.
If you are going to try it out, sign up for their preferred customer club or whatever it was. The link is in the upper corner on the right side of the website, and they'll send you a $20 off email that you can use when you go the first time. They also ask for your birthday and anniversary, so guessing they'll send something then, as well. You do have to buy two dinners to use the $20 off, so just a heads up.
I don't know how it is at Fogo in Houston, because the times I've gone have been in San Antonio, but the parking lot here is it's own lot and building. There is a complimentary valet as soon as you pull up, but you can park your own car as well.
