Hey guys Ive never posted before, but looked on here for a long time.I had a question I recently was in a old antique store in St.Joseph,Missouri.I ran across a old pin.Im new to posting on here and cant see were to upload a image from my computer so I will just explain it.
It is a yellow pin and at the top it says GO TEAM.
In the middle The Sugar Bowl New Orleans,LA.
Then at the bottom Chinese Bandits.
Anyone seen anything like this? Maybe from 1959?Any value?
Ive seen similar but not the exact one. Thanks!

I have that one along with the Clemson version. Both have team colored ribbons attached to them.
Not sure of the value, but it's a pretty cool collectors item. I wasn't around back then, but a guy once told me that the lapel pins were the hottest team memorabilia that people bought because people wore suits and dresses to games back then, and the pins were used to show their team spirit.

The problem with these and other pins is that someone is reproducing them....
be very careful what you buy.
