Best Format to buy ETFs

sharebuilder or start an account with vanguard, Schwab etc... Looking for lowest fees and commission rates.

I personally use SB, and have for years. It's very cheap, and is pretty seamless with CapitalOne/360 if you bank there.
$4 auto trades, and usually easy to find coupon for 4-6 free auto trades. Only $7 for market trades too. Since you're doing ETFs, I assume a buy/hold and DCA approach.
I also have my Roth through Vanguard. Both are great IMO, couldn't go wrong with either.

Use vanguard if you plan on getting mostly theirs
No commissions are great.
I kinda miss SB, though, especially with the rare ability to buy fractional shares.
