I have never gotten the love for Olbermann. He is one of those that impresses the pseudo-intellectual northeastern types that are convinced they are smarter than everyone in the room. (Explains why TV execs keep shoveling money at him) you can almost feel the contempt for the unwashed masses oozing out of his pores.

I'll pass.

If he only talks about sports, yes. But knowing KO, there is no way he can keep his leftist political views out of his show.

No. I stopped watching all non-game programming on ESPN a couple years ago.

But even if I did watch, I would purposefully avoid Olbermann. He's an astonishingly arrogant douchebag, both on and off camera.

Olbermann's political analysis/muckraking (at MSNBC and Current TV) was deliberate, biased, malicious, personal and consistently devoid of facts.

Olbermann thought he was too smart and too big for sports and he flamed out completely in the non-sports space. Now he wants back in so he can try to salvage a career in front of the camera.

frick him.

If he hadn't gone full msnbc retard, I might have been more inclined to watch him again. Not sure if I can get past his smarmy arrogant delivery.
