I say let the legal system sort this out if it becomes pervasive. I don't think the premium sites have much ground to stand on, but I'm sure 247 has legal consultants who know what can be protected and what cannot. I don't think someone's presence in a public location is protectable information.

Jimmy D gives just as much info out as Shea/Sonny does for free so the "premium info" label is hilarious

The "premium" tag is a joke. What makes a paysite's news more valuable than breaking news from WWL? Honest question.
And I also believe in the free flow of info on the Internet. You cant bottle up news and keep it confined...
I am all for giving sources due credit for info, but to expect a restriction of news is outrageous.

We have long had a policy of treating copyright info with respect. For free sites, 2-3 teaser paragraphs max with link to source.
For pay sites, brief paraphrasing is allowed with credit to source. No copy and paste allowed.
Has always been like that.

This might be super premium info but a poster on 247 said that ESPN is reporting that Harris is recruiting the 3 LA WRs to play together.

I am sure there is some value you get from being a paying member of those sites...but to think that "news" can be suppressed is ludicrous.
Just not happy with some of these users derailing threads because of some perceived injustice. This thread was a prime example of this.
