Did I just get screwed by Geaux Zone?

Purchased a package for 4 months (ending June 6th). Thought it would just cancel my access after June 6th but no; I check it and it has me signed up for another 4 months with me being billed for another subscription. da fuq?

It did that to me as well. Luckily you caught it quick like. It took me over a year. You have to call and cancel.

Just write them an email telling them that you didn't notice the auto-renew policy and now require a refund. They should be able to cancel your membership and give you a full refund, although it normally takes a while.

You're probably screwed out of your money, but you can delete your billing info on your account so it doesn't happen again.

What number did you call? I bought a month last year for one game and it was not supposed to renew. It never did until last week when I got charged 12 bucks and some change for an auto renew. When I go to geaux zone, the only way you can contact them now is via email and I havn't heard from them.

I fell for it too. Kind of sucks that lsu does that to you. Might be in the fine print, but I still think its a little dishonest. If anything allow, an auto renew OPTION.
