Car is still giving me a ton of problems.

Powering steering going out again, apparently there is a leak. AC had some work done, now after about an hour it just stops blowing. Like you can hear it, but nothing is coming out. I guess another leak.

Im tired of this shite so Im going buy something new. I think I want a jeep.. Talk me out of it please?

I just got an FJ Cruiser a couple months ago. Like it a lot. A little more practical than a jeep. I'd like to have a jeep as a second driver but wouldn't want one as my primary driver...

I work on the road.. 200-300 miles a day so I want something that isn't terrible on milage and comfortable.

I drive my hubbys jacked up dodge ram 4x4 when my car is giving me probs and its pretty comfy, but the diesel prices kill me.

I like the 4 door jeeps a lot

I've had my Jeep for about a month and I am in love. Definitely not gonna talk you out of it. I even added some really tacky Bama stuff to it to make it look super trashy, and I still love it.

Doors off, top down... Can't beat it.

Eta: but the gas mileage SUCKS

I told my hubby today I decided I want something new I tired of dumping money into my car and it still doesn't work. I just cant have something that breaks down with the type of job I have.

He was like "oh ok, were going buy today or just look" poor thing he knows how frustrated Ive been about this

jeeps are great for what they are. I will be restoring an old CJ soon. That being said you need to stick to a nice relievable car SS.

IF you are doing up to 300 miles per day on the road you need something that is designed for good gas mileage and stability at highway speeds. Jeeps are not as safe or stable as a good mid sixed car at highway speed over 50 due to the high center of gravity and relatively low weight compared to other high center gravity vehicles.

New, I would consider the FJ Crusier. A new Jeep is still a Chrysler.

What are you driving now?

Not great. I normally get 18-21. Better than a jeep and it's a Toyota. They keep their value very well as well.

I've had 5 Chrysler autos.

No more, that's my 'and'.
