Thanks, NG. When you make yours, do you take out the seeds and juices and do you season at all or just cook the plain tomatoes for freezing?

We don't seed them. The vitamix pulverizes the seeds and there might be 2 or 3 visible per 1 qt bag. We don't cook anything when freezing. Go from vitamix (4cups), to freezer bag (1 qt), to freezer. Any spices and cooking we do after thawing when preparing whatever. Also good for bloody Mary's without cooking (after a few additions). Pretty healthy too.
