Where would the legality of something like this be written?

I'd assume the CBA.

I can't find the new CBA but here's an overview of the old one and I skimmed it. Couldn't find anything.

Hey tiggerthetooth, I wanted to ask you about something you posted a while back. Is there anywhere I can contact you outside these boards?

If it was shown that they had a side deal, Stern would come down on them so hard.

We all know there's something shady going on, it is just a matter proof.

You're a complete mouthbreather if you don't see a problem with paying under the table and avoiding the cap

And you're an idiot if you think that this would be the first instance of it. Spurs have been giving minimal deals to foreign players for YEARS and no one bats an eye. Mark Cuban is probably throwing more than just soft towels towards his players too.

Every team worth a shite is giving players side benefits of one type or another to circumvent the cap. You are an idiot if you think this started with the Russian.
