Things to do in Indianapolis

Alright so I'm going to Indianapolis this weekend to visit my girlfriend. Is there anything cool to go do up there such as badarse bars and/or something cool to go do during the day. I'm open to suggestions.

St Elmo's. one of the top rated steak houses in the country. Other than that, fly out and bring her with you

They have a bunch of museums and war memorials you can check out. Also you can go to the NCAA Hall of Champions....

Well that blows. But I couldn't get a refund of my ticket or we would be going to the beach.

She's working up there for the summer so I took off of work to go visit her. It has been a LONG month and half if you know what I mean...

Like Dolla said, Broad Ripple has a good bar scene. Mass Ave and Fountain Square are really good night spots closer to downtown.

Are you actually staying downtown, or somewhere on the periphery? That might help in thinking of some options.

ETA: The Indianapolis Indians (Pirates' AAA affiliate) are in town this weekend, and Victory Field is a pretty nice stadium. It's close to the NCAA Hall of Champions, Indiana State Museum, and the Eiteljorg Museum, so those could be some options downtown.

Just ask her where she has been going to get her lil' arse reamed every other night once she gets off the phone with you saying "it's been a long day, honey...I'm going to bed".

Visit the track. I hear they have a cool museum there if you are into cars or racing.
