2nd date. Can be casual or slightly formal but not really looking for white table cloths. Pretty much open to any kind of food. Basically just asking for suggestion based on what y'all would do.

TIA.

Sammy's.

A nice relaxed environment for drinks and good food.

Beausoleil is nice for intimate settings. Great food.

Of course everyone loves Ruffino's. Great date atmosphere, but I'm not gaga over the food like most people. Went there two days ago and didn't care for my dish (again)

Also, 18 Steak is a nice atmosphere and good food and drinks. Plus if things are going well and you could get drunk then get a room!

Stroube's, Sullivan's and Juban's are all good choices as well.

shite I'm drunk. I misread the OP's post. Forget whatever I said....Cheesecake Bistro.

Freaking Southern Tier beer got me all cross eyed.

Sinatra

I had the cedar plank drum recently and I thought it was eh. Not like everyone claims it to be.

Time before that I had a pasta dish with some sort of vodka sauce. Not good. The apps have been great like the crab cheesecake (excellent). Just haven't cared for much else. Just my opinion I guess.

Beausoliel, bistro byronz, or Roberto's on river road. The last one is a bit of a drive out of br but its good and would give y'all a chance to chat/ get road head in the car.

We're going to Gino's. You're welcome to sit with us. I'll talk you up.

Solid choice. If they try to give you J.Q. as a waiter ask to sit in another section. He sucks

In all seriousness, thanks for the replies. She did mention Tsunami.
Ever since reading this thread a while back about sushi, I'm a little hesitant.

I've always had good service there. What was the problem?

Oh the service is great aside from J.Q. Just ask to not sit in his section. He's the only waiter I refuse to have there. I had him 3 times and each time he has messed shite up including giving me someone's leftovers when I ordered a dish to go for a relative at home.
