That article says they would be getting investigated for selling the company too cheap. Not sure what the final buyout will be, but ill probably sell at $15 if it runs there today barring any other news.

eta: went ahead and sold half my holdings.

as far as SNTS i was waiting for it to start a run to earnings, and it looks like that is happening today.

I have multiple positions starting at 8. added a little again around 24.
