The Challenges themselves have gotten weaker and less entertaining. Go back and watch some of the old Team Challenges from the first 10 seasons. yup. They really only do this as an excuse to get the chicks showing skin. But to me, they defeat the whole purpose because they have trashy girls.

The girls in general, minus like Jenn, Laurel and Mandi, have been pretty fricking awful the last three seasons. It's the same girls who suck/annoying/trashy: Camilla, Jonna, Jemeye, Emily, Paula, Sarah, Nany, Jasmine.

There really hasn't been any variation of late, which leads to my last point.

It needs to either be some sort of Dual III All-Stars or Ruins 2 so they can do a Champions vs. Challengers. This will allow only like a few shitty new girls and a few shitty new guys to be on the challengers team.

The bolded seasons are ones that I watched when they were originally on. I really haven't watched the Challenge too closely through the last 4-5, so I don't know about 20 of the contestants or almost 2/3rds of the show. So, maybe it's on me, but they just aren't as good material wise as the old crew used to be.

Now, these veterans just let the other 2/3rds go nuts while making the 4th wave wax their balls just to stay in the game. It's crazy that B&M let Wes and CT be on a team, because that's a natural Veteran alliance, they'll put differences aside to make money, especially sense they semi-respect each other. Wes hates Johnny, Evan, and Kenny (as evidenced in FMII) over any other challenge players.

Side Note (last for night):
Paula has really endeared herself to me over the years, from whore, complaining bitch, to real winner. I've enjoyed her transformation. Sarah seems to try and follow her path. From the first moment Sarah started doing challenges, she was so much better than she was on Brooklyn. Kudos to both of you.

Also I disagree that good RW seasons give us good Challenge contestants. Paula, Tyler, and Johnny Bananas came from Key West which sucked and no one would've ever pegged Tyler and Paula as future Challenge regulars.

Well, I guess I liked that season more than you. It's not my favorite at all, but I guess I remember it more fondly for what Johnny and Paula have done.

Paula is a less attractive Veronica. She definitely does ride the coat tails of others to tons of wins. Paula's now won twice? I don't know, she sees how stupid it all is, yet she's cool with it and doesn't take it seriously any more.

Fresh Meat originals were their mentors/teammates. That's disgusting.

Seriously, please never again with the Fresh Meat. I couldn't stand the seasons. Loved what they brought, but I do actually hate the Heel characters also.

Definite 1st wave. Even though none of them were on at the very beginning I don't consider that super early stuff part of the Challenge. The real Challenge didn't start until The Gauntlet IMO.

The first season I ever watched was Battle of the Seasons, which was the first season not to travel. I'd consider that kind of the beginning of the challenge we know today.

With that being said, I think the first wave is Miz, Coral, Theo, Timmy, Mark, Dan, Veronica, Ruthie, Julie, Tonya, Rachel, Shane, Eric N., Beth, Jamie

Then when the Gauntlet/Inferno started, I think the second wave began with Alton, Trischelle, Darrell, Abe, CT, Brad, Tina, Aneesa, Adam King, Derrick, Landon, Robbin

Third wave takes you into Fresh Meat when you get Wes, Evan, Kenny, Johnny, Easy, Eve, Diem, Tyler, Paula,

Then it's pretty much everyone else. You could break it up into fourth and fifth, I suppose. Fourth wave would be around the Island, Jenn, Tyrie, Dunbar, Johanna, Kelly Anne, Tori, Sarah, Chet, Theresa, Laurel, Cara

Then fifth wave is everyone else since 2010: Ty, Emily, Camila, Jasmine, Jonna, Knight, Jemeye, Frank, Zach, LeRoy, Trey, Nany, Marlon, Jordan, etc.

The first season I can remember was a guys vs. girls theme, and the girls were all catty bitches but the guys just always voted in whoever did the worst that week. Pretty sure it was the first Battle Of The Sexes, because I remember Puck being on it.

You'd never see that happen now, the guys that season (if I remember right) just played the whole thing straight up.
