When we trade Gordon for a legit SF or C after he starts the season well and keep tyreke for 4 million less per year, we'll look like geniuses

Gordon is our franchise player, we will never trade him

I'd bet everything I own (value ~$200) that the guy that wrote that article hasn't seen Vasquez for any more than 30 minutes, if at all.

I just don't know about this whole Anderson/tyreke bench. In big games, the starters play most of the minutes. We're going to be paying like 20 mill for 2 backups on the bench?

Terrible article. First he speculates that Evans will get most of his playing time at SF but failed to acknowledge all the sources that said he would play a super sixth man role here.

Well's that not what we're going to do.

The line-up in crunch time will be Holiday/Gordon/Reke/Ryno/Davis... it's not hard to understand

Well, Jrue averaged 38 MPG last season. I'd expect him and Gordon to go for 40 in crucial games. That kinda playing could leave Tyreke with 16 minutes or so, unless he logs time at SF, which I don't love anyway. If he and aminu are both playing SF and Davis is playing big minutes at PF, Anderson is going to get little time. AD ain't ready to log significant time at the 5.

I don't understand this "crunch time" stuff. What is going to change in crunch time?

ETA- Can you imagine what a team like the Pistons would do to us in "crunch time"?

Yeah, Monty is going to roll with Holiday/Gordon/Aminu/Davis/Smiht in the final minutes of a game...

ETA: The Pistons are in the Eastern conference. Why the frick are you worried about them?

With the depth in the backcourt, there's no reason to play either guy for 38+ minutes. Evans is suppose to give you quality minutes at both the PG/SG position. The only way I see Evans playing big minutes at the 3 is if Aminu/Miller is so bad that Williams are forced to play Evans the position.

We may not have a choice. Usually opposing teams aren't shooting 3s all day in "crunch time". Idk many teams smaller than Jrue/Gordon/Reke/Anderson/Davis
