Well given in the past, Rockstar never reveals gameplay in regards to Grand Theft Auto titles leading to it's release. You certainly never get to see heads up display an all.
While it was not a lot of it, it's more than they have ever given us before the release of a Grand Theft Auto title.

As of now ps3 and xbox 360. There are rumors for pc and next gen consoles out there but nothing confirmed.

Tons of bugs and optimized poorly so harder to run even with good hardware.

I just remember a lot of complaints from people running quad-core processors (at the time) raging about poor optimization.

I tried to play it once on my pc and it wasn't running smooth at all. I had already played it so I didn't trouble shoot it. I may try to for the episodes of liberty city before gtaV comes out since I haven't played it
