Precison has one in their display cabinet, and if you choose Glock, they have the cheapest prices in town except for police discount at BR Police Supply

It's always in your best interest to take your Dr's advice.

Both are fine guns. Get the one that fits you best and that you can shoot the best. Personally, I don't like how a Glock fits my hand, at rest or shooting. OTOH, an XD fits me very well.

Glock 19 since you are already on board with Team 9.

Agreed with Tiger.

Feel both of them because comfort and fit are both very important.

Both feel fine in my hand. I know that is the most important thing for sure. Just trying to pick which .40 I want. I will eventually own both pistols and that's a fact lol. I think I'm leaning glock for this one and maybe put the XD 45 single stack next on my list....

I recently bought a glock 23 gen 4 and put about 100 rounds through it this weekend. It had no problems whatsoever and I was able to keep a palm sized pattern at 10yards even during rapid fire and I'm a novice shooter. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Something to keep in mind is that you can drop a lone wolf conversion barrel into the glock 23 to shoot 9mm for about $120. The glock 23 is the same exact size as the glock 19. It would be like having 2 guns in one.
