I've got patternmasters in my 10 and 12. That is the best investment for waterfowl hunting I've ever made.

And I should have asked what is your shot / load combo? Not trying to be a pain just have not hunted dove in a really long time.

Seriously though, Improved early in the season, modified later when they seem to not fly as close and have more feathers.

I shoot doves better with low brass 7.5s or 8s. Ive literally gone 0 for 50 with two boxes of high brass 6s when I was really young. I switched to low brass and quickly started busting their arse

My S&W 20 came with full choke barrel so my options are pretty much limited. High brass 6s
