LSU gets premier in-state DB's and RB's in spades, so when we lose super studs to Bama at these positions, it is not a huge hit, as we just load up with others.

BUT losing Cam to Bama would be a big hit, both in terms of failing to keep such a rare lineman at home, and also as letting Saban expand his reach...

I think we'll get him. If we don't, we should not make any excuses and try to say "no big deal", because that would be BS. It would be a very big deal. Again, I think we end up with him, and this all becomes an academic discussion.

Dude will be a first round NFL pick as soon as he becomes eligible.

Do you think you're bringing new information to the table?

This has been talked about every day for the past year

I'm going to have to agree with this.

Both Lacy and Collins have multiple championship rings between them so it worked out for them. It's never good to lose good players to another program especially from your own back yard. Bama is also on a roll right now. You can't sign every player you want. You miss on some players.

Losing Robinson would not be a death blow to LSU.

Ummmmm, LSU signed a top 5 OT last year. If he goes to Bama so be it. We'll be fine. Not to mention we're loaded w/ o-linemen in the state in 2015.

Losing Camrob will hurt, if it happens.
Nobody should seriously question that.
It is also a measure of what Saban can do in state when both he and Miles make an "up for grabs " prospect a priority.
Prior to last year, LSU had the inside track.
Something seems to have changed...

It's more about WHERE he'll go if he doesn't come to LSU. ANYPLACE but Al Obama and its not as big a deal.

Pocic will start after this year for the next two to three years so if we miss him oh well. It sucks, but we have talent at LT and we always find someone to replace the question marks anyways... but instead of starting a new thread as all the pursuit fort Andy Bauer ended?

Collins was a huge loss. Looks less like it right now, but that's only because we should be bringing in one of the best DB classes ever.

Well, so far Saban has offered:
- Robinson
- Fournette
- Hootie
- Washington
- Willis
- Brumfield
- Noil
- Clapp
- Young
- Harris
- Godchaux
- McDowell
- Plus 5 other Louisiana kids that LSU hasn't offered yet

But yu are saying that if Bama were to get exactly one out of these 12 top kids I listed above, you feel this means "something seems to have changed" from LSU having the inside track???

C'mon, be real.
