i think with reke likely being a manu-like bench player, gordon's usage is going to be decreased a bit to save his body

until future notice, gordon's body is not ready

i really doubt that we plan on using evans as a starting 3. he's going to be a utility backcourt player

with a need for bench scoring and an always-hurt 2, that's a big deal

but i'm sure however they planned on using him was discussed, so he's on board with whatever their plans are

I think he will be our crunch time 3, but can backup all of the back court spots.

im hoping his value goes up this season so we can get his arse out of here and get a star 3 or 5 out there that wants to win.

Need an defensive enforcer/rebounder in the paint

very possible. 3 ballhandlers at the end of games could be really nice

holiday, gordon, and evans acting as drivers (with gordona nd holiday available to sit at the 3)

rybot drawing out 4s and clearing the lane

AD running the baseline, moving the rim protector away or creating lanes for his attack

that's a dangerous offensive grouping for crunch times

So how's the rotation/minute shares going to look?

We have 2 6th man players now, if Evans is used that way.
And people need to stop leaving out Anderson, the white wolf, the Ryno with the golden dick...

We have a big 5 now. Big fricking 5!!!1!1!1!!!!

Our bench is in pretty good shape. Rivers/Tyreke/Miller/Anderson/Smith looks pretty solid to me.

With the MLE and around $4mil, I think we're in a good spot to fill the 3 and 5. Re-sign AFA, and sign one of Wright/Zaza/Collins/Delambert and call that shite a day.

I'd like to see us re-sign Sims as well and see if he can turn into anything.

It's hurt to say it but we are a LONG way from winning a title. That has nothing to do with our roster just how good other teams are.

With that said this is one of my favorite sports team where I'm being realistic will be satisfied with playoffs unlike Lsu/Saints etc.

I'll settle for being good right now with greatness on the horizon.

But I think we are under rating the moves we can still make. We'll have 4.5 plus the MLE.

Acquire assets on the upswing, profit.

many of those teams will start to slide, though. the heat have 2 years left, max. SA and NJ as well.

clippers, bulls, pacers, and OKC are going to stick around

houston may very well emerge

in 2-3 years we should be able to compete with that emerging tier of teams (assuming reasonable improvement and gordon's health)

We're going to be a team that the higher seeds won't want to see in the 7/8 seed. We have a shite ton of offensive firepower now.

We still need AD to progress to be a top 5 player in the NBA to really compete for a title. That being said next year's team will be exciting to watch and IMO thats more important than making the playoffs as the 8th seed. We should be playing up tempo exciting basketball with JH, Reke, AD, Gordon, and AD.
